The UNICO® C8306 PowerSpin™ HXV Series Centrifuge is engineered for versatility and durability, ideal for demanding laboratory environments such as clinical, industrial, or biological labs. This advanced centrifuge features a 6-place swing-out rotor designed to accommodate 3 to 15 ml tubes, with options for 6, 8, or 12-place rotors depending on your needs. For smaller tubes, optional adapters are available for tubes less than 10 ml or up to 100 mm in length.

Equipped with a variable speed range of 500 to 3,500 RPM, the C8306 offers precise control over sample separation. The electronic timer allows for settings between 1 and 99 minutes, complete with a beep signal to notify you when the cycle is complete. The unit’s automatic time memory function ensures that the last used time and speed settings are retained and resumed when the centrifuge is turned on, facilitating repetitive protocols.

User-friendly push-button keypad controls make operation straightforward, even when wearing gloves. The centrifuge is designed with a zero RPM lid latch protection system that prevents the lid from being opened until the unit has completely stopped spinning and ensures the centrifuge will not run unless the lid is properly closed. For added stability, the unit features suction cup rubber feet to secure it firmly on the bench top. The power switch includes an indicator light to clearly show when the unit is powered on.
