The UNICO® L-BC9D Digital Counting Device is an advanced tool designed for accurate and efficient white blood cell (WBC) counting during differential analyses. This digital counter, ideal for use in clinical and research laboratories, comes with a range of features to support precise cell tallying. Included with the L-BC9D are a digital counter unit, an AC adapter, and an operation manual. Note that optional AA batteries (2) are required for battery-powered use when the AC adapter is unplugged. Using the WBC maturation chart positioned above the LCD display windows as a guide, press the key corresponding to the cell observed on the microscope slide. Once 100 WBC cells have been counted, the device will emit a bell sound.
