The IP735T features four high-quality achromatic DIN flatfield objectives mounted on a reverse-position nosepiece. The objectives, available in 4X, 10X, 40X (high dry), and 100X (oil immersion), are color-coded, polished, and designed to be parfocal and parcentered for consistent imaging. The 100X oil and 40X high dry objectives are spring-loaded to protect against accidental damage, extending the life of the microscope.

Equipped with two Widefield 10X 20 mm extra widefield "High-Eyepoint" eyepieces, the IP735T ensures a comfortable viewing experience, especially for users who wear glasses. The High-Eyepoint design reduces eye strain, making extended observations more comfortable.

The microscope includes a swing-out filter holder located under the condenser, allowing users to easily insert a blue or other color filters to enhance contrast and improve specimen visibility. This feature adds to the IP735T's versatility, making it suitable for a wide range of microscopy techniques.
