PowerSpin™ HX Centrifuge

The UNICO® C8312 PowerSpin™ HXV Series Centrifuge is engineered for high-performance and durability, making it an excellent choice for demanding laboratory environments. Designed for clinical, industrial, and biological labs, this centrifuge features a 12-place fixed-angle rotor that efficiently accommodates 3 to 15 ml tubes. Optional adapters are available for smaller tubes or those up to 100 mm in length, providing flexibility for various sample types.

With a variable speed range of 500 to 3,500 RPM, the C8312 offers precise control over the centrifugation process. The electronic timer allows for adjustable run times between 1 and 99 minutes, and the automatic time memory function retains and resumes the last used time and speed settings for repetitive protocols. The digital time display and beep signal at the end of each cycle ensure accurate and convenient operation.

The centrifuge is designed with user-friendly push-button controls that are easy to operate, even while wearing gloves. Safety is a priority with the zero RPM lid latch system, which prevents the lid from being opened while the centrifuge is spinning and ensures it will not operate unless the lid is securely closed. For stable operation, the unit includes suction cup rubber feet to keep it firmly in place on the bench top. The power switch features an indicator light to clearly show when the unit is powered on.
