The C826 PowerSpin™ PX Centrifuge is a reliable and efficient portable centrifuge designed for a wide range of laboratory applications. It is equipped with a six or eight-place rotor, capable of spinning standard 2-15 ml tubes, as well as 2 ml and 4-7.5 ml tubes when used with optional adapters. The centrifuge can also accommodate up to three 15 ml tubes when using the six-place rotor, providing versatility for different sample sizes.
The unit operates with a fixed speed of 3,700 ±250 RPM, powered by a 12V DC car lighter or an optional 12V AC/DC power adapter (sold separately, part number C800-12). The mechanical timer offers a dependable 30-minute countdown, with a bell signal indicating the end of the run. A built-in fish-eye level ensures that the unit is properly leveled before operation, enhancing the accuracy and safety of each centrifugation process. Additionally, a safety switch in the lid automatically shuts off the motor when the lid is raised, with a convenient latch release located on the right front side of the unit.Write Your Own Review
