PowerSpin™ BX Centrifuge

The BX Centrifuge is a versatile benchtop centrifuge designed for both microhematocrit determinations and standard microtubing applications. This model comes equipped with two interchangeable rotors: a 24-place microhematocrit rotor for efficient and accurate hematocrit readings, and a 24-place rotor designed for standard 1.5mL microcentrifuge tubes, ideal for a variety of common laboratory protocols. This dual-rotor capability eliminates the need for purchasing separate centrifuges, saving valuable lab space and resources. The built in oversized LCD Display provides real time data to the user. With the push of a button you can speed up or slow down the rotor within 1,000 - 11,000 RPM range (Max 5000 RPM with the Blood Tube Rotor). Maintenance free brushless DC motor is powerful and super quiet. The cover of the Microhematocrit rotor incorporates a reader, allowing for instant reading and eliminating the need for additional specimen handling.
